The ANDERS LANGUAGES® Spanish Immersion residence is located in the outskirts of the Spanish city par excellence: Seville.
Sevilla is Spain’s 4th-largest city and was during colonial times the connection between Europe and Latin America. It is definitely also the place where Spanish culture, gastronomy and history are concentrated as in no other city in Spain.
The city has the largest historical city center in the country and the 3rd-largest in Europe. Getting here is relatively easy from any part of the world through its international airport and the AVE bullet train from Madrid.
How to get here
- Airports: Seville (SVQ), Malaga (AGP) and Madrid (MAD). Alternative airport: Jerez (XRY) and Faro (FAO).
- If you arrive via Madrid or Malaga, you can take the AVE bullet train to Sevilla, a 2-to-2.5-hour trip.
- Transfer: our driver can pick you up at the railway station or any nearby airport, and drive you to
the residence.

The Spanish immersion residence
The cornerstone of your Spanish course is the ANDERS LANGUAGES immersion residence. It’s the place where you will receive your classes and enjoy meals with you instructors and fellow students.
Accommodations are offered under the same roof, where our guests have their own air-conditioned rooms with private bath and room service.
The premises have a garden, terrace with hot tub and a swimming pool. Although our guests have access to our kitchen, during your immersion our cook Esther will take care of the meals. Drinks and snacks are available for free 24/7.
The immersion residence is located in Aznalcázar, a small town approx. 20-25 mins away from downtown Sevilla. Public transportation, taxis and UBER to and from Sevilla is available.
Although part of the metropolitan area of Sevilla, Aznalcázar is a typical Spanish town of almost 5,000 inhabitants with 14 bars, 3 restaurants, several banks and 2 supermarkets. It’s also home to Las Minas Golf Club (9 holes), 2 hotels, 2 public schools, a small day-hospital and a sports center with a soccer field, tennis courts, a gym and a semi-Olympic pool (summer only). All the aforementioned are located within walking distance.
The history of the town can be traced back to roman times, when it was a fortified town, although only a few ruins remain from these times.
Located on the edges of La Doñana National Park, Aznalcázar is also known by the inhabitants of Sevilla for its Pine Forest where you can spot black kites, white storks and the Iberic Linx among a lot of other species. Mountain bikes are available at no cost if you want to visit the Pine Forest: a 5-minute ride.
